Had the old man out for a visit over the weekend and thought a few Cherabins with a cold beer was the order of the day.

do you woof em straight into ya after catchin em, or do you keep em for a few days and change the water to flush the mud out of em?

When I am out fishing and they slowly fall over through out the day I will throw them on ice and that night straight on the hotplate, but when at home I tend to collect them up for a few weeks. It gives time to clean them out and also get a decent batch together.

Did the most recent cook up last week in a Massaman coconut curry.
