bears custom knife

I designed this knife shape

and supplied the buff horn for a fellow bowhunter who makes custom knives in cairns

he made it to my exact specs and did a awesome job

just wanted to show it off

It has stainless bolster and pins
steel is ats 34
handle is water buffalo horn handle
blade is 4 1/8 ich
handle is 5
overall is 9 1/8
The silver and black look good
there is a leather sheath which he is making for it at the moment, but I will get a croc skin sheath made for it once it arrives

Very nice work there Bear. The guy knows his stuff. Looks to have some weight in it for its size.

How's it handle in a slippery, blood soaked hand?
Aesthetically it looks great - just wondering about the grip under pressure in the field?

Now that is a flash bit of kit

Now BEAR just try and keep this one out of your leg...the last one was blunt and rusty and it still put you in hospital for a few weeks ...so this one might be the end of you

should be great for skinning bear the grip will be good with that forefinger recess behind the guard
