Outboard Engine Controls

Post by Fogazi »

So I'm in the process of fitting a console to my 440 Nomad and have the console and steering organised, now just chasing engine controls.

Can anyone hint to where the best place to get these are in Darwin or online? I have been looking at the morse stuff mostly on Ebay but happy to be convinced otherwise.

Alternatively, does anyone have an old or unused set of engine controls for a 40 2 stroke 2006 Mariner?

Also after a steering link to connect the steering cable to the motor. RTM want $70 which is a bit steep for a bent bit of rod.....

Cheers

I got a 703 Yammy box with cables from a guy off Gumtree in Brisbane. Purchase and postage $200. Search eBay and Gumtree. Darwin mob cost too much for second hand anything.
