Hey guys n girls im heading to Gunn Point for the weekend with the misses and the dog and looking to score some land base info, any help would be much appricated cheers.

end creek, on the low, get some live bait in the creek itself. Then as the tide comes in fish the channel that is created out the front.

if nothing in the channel see if u can see some birds working or schools and cast to them, usually get some queenies and that in close.

should add, end creek is the one as u hit the end of gunn point road and continue through there, to the car park.

Take crab pots....anywhere there is mud. Also redclaw in the small creek you cross just after getting on to salt water arm turn off. Walk the beach and look for fossils....more prolific off to the left where 4x4 not allowed. If u have quad go right to rocks for barra and salmon.

From the beach I have put live bait out under a balloon there (offshore wind helps) & caught queenies & heard a Barra feeding in the dirty water along the shore break but couldnt catch it.Just after the Missus & dog had been for a morning swim off the beach a 2 mtr croc came out on to the beach there,if Id had a gun it would have been steaks :hunting:

.Good luck with morons belting up & down the beach all night,a couple have hit rocks that slows em down.
