Hey guys, Just bought my new boat finally! Went out off Lee point on Saturday chasing whatever we could find got a couple of little reefies and landed some nice tuna as there was schools everywhere out there.
Sunday was a bit of a lost cause chasing Jewfish as I have never done it before so we just had a look around some of the wrecks in the harbour for not to much.
Went out yesterday in the Elizabeth river for a quick troll and caught my first blue salmon at 70cm and a little GT at 40cm so that was a bit of fun.

It is amazing having a boat again after 2.5 years of not being able to get one It's a 4.7m 1998 Stacer centre console with a 60hp yamaha 2 stroke. She's a bit rough and ready but motor hasn't skipped a beat and starts first time even when she is cold so I'm very happy

Good setup I reckon mate, never been one to worry about looks myself, as long as it does the job I reckon!
I had the daggiest boat for the last ten years, but would still take it down the mouth of shady, down daly and out in the harbour, and catch shiteloads of fish most of the time! Mates with big flash boats wouldn't be getting any, I told em they need to rub some paint off, the fish don't like it!
