I wittnessed a client from a charter throwing barra frames in the water at the shady boat ramp. Is this an accepted practise, or am I the only one who thinks this is a bit crazy? We were one of three boats retrieving at the time.

Isn't there a sign there saying no cleaning fish at the ramp? Or can't the redneck read??
If there isn't a sign, then surely common sense would prevail, oh that's right, redneck...
