For all the etec bashers out there, I had to get my broken arse Yamaha towed back to the ramp by balou, with his mighty etec.
As bad as it was being towed by his etec, it was a lot better than limping home with the electric motor flat out and about a 15 knot head wind. I only needed to go 4 kms, but would have taken about 2.5 hours if my batteries lasted.
I offered the usual Amber payment, but even refused this. So I though a little shout out was in order (and a fishing trip, but I reckon I will get more out of that than him)
